How dinner works
There is one menu of three courses and no choice within it, which is the only way a kitchen this size can cook properly for twenty-eight people. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you enquire and the kitchen will work around them without any fuss.
Breakfast is included in every rate. Dinner is charged separately and needs confirming by lunchtime on the day. The pantry tray is there because people walking back up from the vale at midnight are usually hungry and everything down there has shut.
